Immersive Rotation: Groups spend 3 minutes per scene, moving sequentially through all four setups.

Group Size Limits: Each standard reservation accommodates a maximum of 5 guests.

Large Groups: Parties exceeding 5 guests must reserve two consecutive, back-to-back sessions to ensure adequate time for everyone.

Advance reservations are required to secure your time slot. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time, as sessions are tightly scheduled back-to-back and late arrivals will forfeit their slot without a refund.

🎄 Welcome to our Holiday Photo Mini-Session Fundraiser!

📸Get ready for a high-energy, fast-paced photo experience designed to capture beautiful memories while supporting a fantastic cause!

To keep lines moving smoothly and serve every family on time, we use a precise, high-speed rotation system.

Please read our event guidelines completely before selecting your time slot.

⚠️ CRITICAL EVENT POLICY – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

Because our photo sessions are scheduled strictly back-to-back, there are no time buffers between sessions.

To protect our fundraising schedule and protect everyone's session times, we enforce a strict arrival policy:

⏱️ Arrive 10 to 15 Minutes Early: You must be checked in, coats off, and standing in the "On-Deck" staging lane before your exact time slot begins.

🚫 Strict Forfeiture Rule: We do not accept late arrivals. Arriving late forfeits your space.

💳 No Refunds / No Exceptions: All bookings are final. Late arrivals will not be rescheduled and will not receive a refund.

📋 How the 3-Minute Rotation Works

Pre-Load Prep: Our line coordinator will get your family staged and ready to step up.

Active Station Time: The second the automated buzzer sounds, your family immediately steps onto the first of 4 scenes for 3 minutes of rapid-fire, high-speed photography in front of our gorgeous Kate Christmas Room scenes!

Instant Shift: When the 3-minute buzzer sounds again, your session moves to the next scene, and the next pre-staged family instantly steps forward. This rotation continues while you move through all four beautiful scenes.

By completing your registration and prepayment, you acknowledge and agree to arrive 10–15 minutes early and accept our absolute no-refund forfeiture policy.

Thank you for your generosity, your compliance, and your support! We can't wait to see your smiles! 😊
